Captain America Civil War is the third Captain America film based on the character and the thirteenth Marvel Cinematic Film. It is also the first film of Phase 3.


After four aftermaths from the previous battles the Avengers have fought, Secretary Ross and the United States government have put up the Sokovia Accords which involves making the Avengers work for the United Nations and operate only when needed and if any of them don't sign they are to retire or face major consequences. But when a fallen Sokovian named Helmut Zemo takes advantage by framing Bucky for the UN bombing in Vienna Austria and with Captain America protecting him against the government's actions as well as the Accords having corrupted many officials from doing proper and further investigations on the incident, Steve rallys a team of heroes who know that doing what is right is more important than anyone's personal opinions as Tony and Natasha Romanoff enlist Black Panther, Spider-Man, and more to hunt them down under the Accords.
